Thank you for your purchase.
Because each item is carefully produced and prepared for shipping, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item from multiple angles
• photos taken in the same location and lighting
• photos of the packaging
These photos help us properly verify the issue and protect both our customers and our store from fraudulent claims, which have unfortunately increased with the use of AI-generated images.
Once your request is reviewed, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
Please note:
• Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be refunded.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
